The new 'rules' of leadership

Book onto this event here.

Just when we thought that we had everything under control… there is a new leadership ultimatum to deliver on inclusivity. This is a challenge on which, broadly speaking, leaders have not always been able to deliver and that is very much part of a ‘revised’ leadership expectation. But how do we do this? There is little real success in this area to draw on and, for many of us, it feels like we are only just beginning this journey. brap has great pleasure in presenting Julie Diamond, PhD who will speak about power intelligence and draw from her vast experience as creator of the Diamond Power Index – a psychometric tool assessing the impact of power which has been used in over 12 countries and with thousands of leaders across many different industries and sectors. Julie will discuss the healthy use of power and the potential for all leaders to achieve the results that they seek by wielding the only thing under their control – themselves. This is an unmissable seminar. Julie’s work is insightful and her delivery accessible and hard hitting.

Julie Diamond, Ph.D., is an executive coach, international leadership consultant, and author of Power: A User’s Guide. Her passion is to help leaders not only be their best but be able to bring out the best in the people they lead.

This seminar is supported by the Barrow Cadbury Trust and Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation as part of the PACT Pioneer Learning Programme (
